Made-to-Order Craftsmanship

All Trailo products are individually handcrafted after purchase. Due to the custom nature of production, orders may enter production shortly after being placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after production begins may not be eligible.

Returns

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in original condition.

Damaged Items

Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
